Three Levels of Planning

We offer plans to fit every family’s needs. Some families are only interested in a will so that they can appoint guardians for their children.

Some families are interested in a revocable living trust in order to spare their family from facing a public probate. A revocable living trust comes with a pour over will.

Most families wish to include incapacity documents. Incapacity documents include a financial power of attorney, health care power of attorney, advanced health care directive and a HIPPA document.

Many young adults are interested in avoiding a guardianship and conservator if they ever become incapacitated. These young adults are interested in the incapacity documents.

A full estate plan includes a trust, pour-over will, financial power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, advance health care directive and HIPPA document.
